
I am starting a lunchtime 5k group with running specific strengthening and conditioning. I will trial this over the autumn to see how much interest there is. These will be from 12-1pm from Liphook recreation ground on a Tuesday and Thursday.
Ideally I ask that you can maintain a pace of 6:30–7:30 min/km (10:30–12:00 min/mile) to ensure it is a continuous run. The pace will depend on the group on the day.
